What's in every reel
- The shape. Your approved RAW × AKTI recap shape: the place on the music's build → the booth on the drop → the products as clean displays → the product in use on the water → merch → the guests mid-moment → happy faces one per beat → EL GOUNA BOAT SHOW × GARMIN in Style D → flash → plain white with the black lockup (your pick B).
- The shots. Only each clip's steady hold: every frame of every window measured for shake and gated at your §2.8 numbers, then looked at in/middle/out. No staff posing, no shirtless or flat looks at the lens, our crew out. One small group of guests was at the booth all day, so nobody appears twice in a row.
- The grade. The FX30 S-Log3 conversion Premiere applies (the cube from your RAW × AKTI approved film) + its touch of contrast. Slow motion = every 59.94 frame kept.
- Logos. GARMIN = the official file from garmin.com. JL AUDIO = their own site's wordmark (jlaudio.com now redirects to Garmin), traced sharp. El Gouna Boat Show and DIGITALCOM have no website I could find (the show's domain is parked), so both marks were lifted from your 4K frames of their own signs, squared and traced. Say if you have official files.
- Music. Every film now has its OWN copyright-free track (Seif: 'switch them up … copy right free'): Mixkit's free licence — commercial use, no credit — so the brand can post them without a music claim. Each track's tempo and drop measured, the cuts on its beat, the drop on the same moment as before (the booth in the recaps, the outro in the talking reels, the arrival in the walk-in). One soft sound per graphic, −14 LUFS.
A · Your Day 2 reel — on-site editing at Gouna Boat Show
What changed
- Your note — v3 Your laptop A-roll while you show it and say what we deliver; the films start ON 'recap videos'. Everything else exactly as v2.
- Your note — 'كله خلصان' 'خلصان' was cut at its ص (10.40 s in your clip); the word runs to 10.72 — it's whole now (checked on the finished sound: 'كله خلصان بنعمل فيديو').
- Your note — show my A-roll Your zoom onto the laptop plays 0:03–0:07 instead of B-roll; the one cut inside it is laptop-on-laptop.
- Your note — this sound NEMZZZ — original sound, from 1.4 s so its drop lands on the zoom; it has rap vocals, so it sits ~16 dB under you with their band dipped. To post, add the same sound in-app on TikTok / IG (licensed there) — the file has it baked in for the preview.
- Also fixed Every caption re-timed to your voice — a few in the middle were landing up to 0.3 s early in v1.
- Check these words 0:17 'والـ event شغّال' and 0:10 'and the purpose is' (English) — tell me if you said them differently.
You on the boat (IMG_8223), your clean second take. The El Gouna Boat Show logo pops on 'Gouna Boat Show', the GARMIN sign on 'Garmin', then YOUR push-in onto the laptop on 'on-site editing، كله خلصان' and close on your screen through 'بنعمل videos', then the films on the words that name them: 'recap videos' (R1), 'stories' (S4), 'highlights' (W1), 'interview questions' (T4), the landing page scrolling on 'for the client', 'on-ground material' and 'landing page', the event on 'full coverage … قبل ما الـ hype يخلص', and you again for 'stay tuned … Day 3'. Your locked caption style, your voice lightly cleaned, your TikTok sound (NEMZZZ — original sound) low under you with its drop on the zoom.
T5 · The team — Garmin Egypt × Digital com
What changed
- Your call Seif's card reads 'Seif · Product Manager · Garmin Egypt' — his surname sounds like Abdel Razek; confirm and I'll add it.
Four voices, one story: the rep's hook ('This is the first official time for us as Garmin Egypt in Gouna Boat Show') → Seif: Digital com is Garmin's authorized distributor in Egypt → Ahmed: 'It's a total solution' → Seif: JL Audio, the best audio in the world, and the best for the whole boat → Dalia: her Venu X1, more accurate than the Apple Watch → the rep: 'more to come'. Seif said 'أحسن' twice — one now. Every join under a product shot, every line's last word checked on the finished sound. Music: 'I Do!' (Mixkit, copyright-free).
T4 · Talking reel — A total solution (Ahmed El Helw, CTO, Digital com)
What changed
- Seif's note — words cut at the end 'Digital com' (the 'com' was cut), 'It's a total solution' (its last syllable was cut), 'المراكب' and 'departments' (cut at the t) now end where his voice ends. Every line of every talking reel re-measured on the sound itself, then checked by decoding the finished audio.
- New music “Pop 05” by Grigoriy Nuzhny — copyright-free (Mixkit, free for commercial use, no credit needed), 95 BPM, cut on its own beat, the drop where the old one was.
Hook: «فما بقاش الموضوع بالنسبة لنا هي screen وتتحط — It's a total solution», then his name card, fish finders / GPS / automation on board, their own audio and acoustic department, 'spread the knowledge'. Every product on its word, his face only where the A-roll is steady, St. Tropez muffled → open on the outro, the lockup.
T1 · Talking reel — Garmin Egypt's first boat show
What changed
- Seif's note — words cut at the end 'Egypt' and 'جداً' no longer fade over their last sound; 'Egypt' (2nd line) and 'more to come' keep their tails. Every line of every talking reel re-measured on the sound itself, then checked by decoding the finished audio.
- New music “See Line Funk” by Alejandro Magaña — copyright-free (Mixkit, free for commercial use, no credit needed), 100 BPM, cut on its own beat, the drop where the old one was.
- Seif's note The skirt that lifts (R2's faces, and the same moment in R1) and the JL speaker whose badge reads upside down are out. I also took out the seated low-angle shot of the same guest in the short dress (C0373) before anyone flagged it.
- Also fixed Two B-roll shots near the end (the watch at the helm, the booth) were older, shakier windows; now the steady ones.
The Garmin Egypt rep on the yellow beanbag, one voice, your talking-video cut (every word measured to its end, the restatement and a false start taken out). Hook: 'This is the first official time for us as Garmin Egypt in Gouna Boat Show'. Every product lands on the word that names it (smartwatches / marine / navigation / audio), her face where the A-roll is steady, your locked captions, St. Tropez muffled under her voice and opening on the drop for the outro, then the lockup.
T3 · Talking reel — A captain's Garmin (Adam, Abu Tig Marina)
What changed
- Seif's note — words cut at the end 'April' and 'captain' no longer fade over their last sound; 'Hungary' keeps its tail. Every line of every talking reel re-measured on the sound itself, then checked by decoding the finished audio.
- New music “Majestic” by Diego Nava — copyright-free (Mixkit, free for commercial use, no credit needed), 113 BPM, cut on its own beat, the drop where the old one was.
A customer, not staff: Adam, a captain at Abu Tig Marina. Hook: 'I use Garmin products, mostly the Navionics digital charts' over the chartplotter. Budapest → El Gouna → captain, then WHAT MAKES GARMIN BETTER? → 'a good variety of lineup … quite reliable … easy to do the upgrades'. The interviewer's question is on-screen type (it was off-mic).
T2 · Talking reel — More accurate than my Apple Watch (Dalia Haider, Digital com)
What changed
- Seif's note — the right watch Her watch is the Garmin Venu X1 in sand: Seif's own iPhone takes of it are now on 'My watch is the Garmin Venu X1', 'tracking my steps', the question card and 'more accurate' (it was the black X1 and other watches). Graded to the film, half speed.
- Line ends checked Every line's last word read on the finished sound — 'Venu X1', 'music', 'Apple Watch' were already whole (the -tch sits inside the cut).
- New music “Thinking About You” by Arulo — copyright-free (Mixkit, free for commercial use, no credit needed), 93 BPM, cut on its own beat, the drop where the old one was.
Hook: 'My watch is the Garmin Venu X1', her steps every day, her music, then WHAT MAKES IT STAND OUT? → 'more accurate and more advanced than the Apple Watch'. Name card: Dalia Haider · Office Manager · Digital com.
1 · Day 1 recap — the contract film
What changed
- New music “House Vibez” by Lily J — copyright-free (Mixkit, free for commercial use, no credit needed), 122 BPM, cut on its own beat, the drop where the old one was.
- Seif's note The skirt that lifts (R2's faces, and the same moment in R1) and the JL speaker whose badge reads upside down are out. I also took out the seated low-angle shot of the same guest in the short dress (C0373) before anyone flagged it.
- Swaps The JL speaker close-up → the JL speaker wall (every badge upright). The skirt → a guest with the team at the Garmin watch counter. The seated shot → two guests in linen, mid-chat. Every other shot is exactly what you saw in v2.
The marina and the show signs on the build, the Garmin booth on the drop with GARMIN · JL AUDIO · DIGITALCOM popping one per beat, the watches and the JL speakers, ON THE WATER (the tower speaker, the chartplotter, the watch at the helm), the gift bag and cap, the guests, six happy faces, the lockup.
2 · Day 1 recap B — golden marina
What changed
- New music “House Vibes” by Alejandro Magaña — copyright-free (Mixkit, free for commercial use, no credit needed), 120 BPM, cut on its own beat, the drop where the old one was.
- Seif's note The skirt that lifts (R2's faces, and the same moment in R1) and the JL speaker whose badge reads upside down are out. I also took out the seated low-angle shot of the same guest in the short dress (C0373) before anyone flagged it.
- Swap The skirt (a face on the beat) → a guest laughing at the JL Audio wall.
Different shots from R1: the sand-coloured Boat Show sign, the marina, the booth from below, DIGITALCOM, the beanbags, the watches on the sand, the JL wall, ON BOARD (the tower speaker, the boat speakers, the watch at the helm), the bottle and the bags, the day at the booth, faces on the beat. Music: 'Joy Ride'.

What changed
- New music “Winter Breeze” by Arulo — copyright-free (Mixkit, free for commercial use, no credit needed), 96 BPM, cut on its own beat, the drop where the old one was.
Different shots from R1: the walk in through the arches, the booth wides, the watch tables and the JL wall, the Garmin cushions on the boat, the counters — and it ends AFTER DARK on the JL speakers lit blue on the boat, the lockup over the night shot. Music: 'Someday Soon'.

What changed
- New music “Cat Walk” by Arulo — copyright-free (Mixkit, free for commercial use, no credit needed), 130 BPM, cut on its own beat, the drop where the old one was.
Your walk-in grammar: a slow start, a surge to the El Gouna Boat Show sign (a beat of slow motion on it), a surge through the plaza, WALK STRAIGHT standing in 3D on the ground, a surge into the booth and a dead stop, the booth outlined in light: THE GARMIN BOOTH IS HERE. Then the lockup.
